The Prime Minister reaffirmed that Viet Nam highly values its Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with Russia and wishes to further expand bilateral cooperation across various fields.

He welcomed Russian businesses and investors operating in Viet Nam, saying their presence contributes to implementing agreements reached by the two countries' top leaders and elevating mutually beneficial cooperation to a new level.

He stressed that the Vietnamese Government consistently creates favorable conditions for foreign investors, including Russian companies and corporations, to conduct stable and long-term business operations in the Southeast Asian country. Trade and tourism exchanges between the two nations have become increasingly convenient, with a growing number of direct air routes connecting the two markets.

Le also highlighted Viet Nam's ongoing efforts to improve its investment and business climate through institutional reforms and the issuance of new laws, resolutions and policies aimed at fostering a transparent, competitive and attractive environment for foreign direct investment (FDI).

In reply, Dmitriev said that Viet Nam is a fast-growing economy with strong investment appeal. He said RDIF has established partnerships and signed cooperation agreements with Vietnamese counterparts to promote investment in scientific research, biomedical technology transfer and vaccine production. He also expressed interest in working with Viet Nam to supply vaccines for both domestic demand and the broader regional market.

According to Dmitriev, considerable untapped potential remains in bilateral cooperation. He voiced hope that the Vietnamese Government would continue supporting Russian enterprises, including the RDIF, in strengthening their engagement with the Vietnamese market.

The two sides agreed that the current context presents significant opportunities for businesses from both countries and stressed the importance of effectively implementing existing agreements while expanding cooperation into new and promising areas.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister invited Dmitriev to visit Viet Nam to explore investment opportunities and hold direct exchanges with Vietnamese partners./.
