Vietjet Air launches three new air routes to Russia

The three new routes are Da Nang–Moscow, Nha Trang–Kazan, and Nha Trang–Novosibirsk. The expansion of the flight network is expected to strengthen air connectivity, promote people-to-people exchanges, boost tourism, and facilitate trade and investment activities between the two countries.
The same occasion, the Prime Minister attended the Viet Nam–Russia trade and investment connectivity program and witnessed the exchange of cooperation agreements between businesses from the two countries in the fields of energy, science and technology, infrastructure development, digital transformation, healthcare, tourism, and investment.
The documents included decisions granting participation rights in oil and gas contracts, investment certificates for petroleum projects, and cooperation agreements between the Viet Nam National Industry - Energy Group (Petrovietnam) and leading Russian companies, including Zarubezhneft, Novatek, and Rosatom; a memorandum of understanding between the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF); an agreement between Vietjet and Anex Tour to promote tourism development and increase tourist exchanges; and a strategic cooperation framework agreement between Sovico Group and HDBank and Zarubezhneft.
The agreements are expected not only to expand economic cooperation between Viet Nam and Russia but also provide a foundation for implementing projects that will bring tangible benefits to businesses and the economies of both countries in the coming years./.
