The Vietnamese Prime Minister made the suggestion during his reception for Angola's Foreign Minister Téte António in Ha Noi on Wednesday.
These agreements, said Le, would create legal foundation for the two sides to bolster bilateral cooperation and diversify export markets.
Le also urged the two sides to resume traditional cooperation programs in such fields like education, healthcare, and agriculture.
He called on the Government of Angola to continue creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese investors, including the Viet Nam National Industry-Energy Group (PVN), and expats to live and work in Angola, thus making practical contributions to the development of each country.
Le took the occasion to congratulated Angola for having successfully undertaken the role as the Chair of the African Union in 2025, expressing his wish that Angola would serve as a bridge for Viet Nam-African Union relations. He also promised that Viet Nam stands ready to play a role in enhancing Angola-ASEAN relations.
António, for his part, spoke highly of Viet Nam's development achievements, and appreciated the Southeast Asian nation's valuable assistance for the past struggle for national liberation.
He expressed his wish that both countries would continue promoting comprehensive cooperation across various sectors such as agriculture and mineral exploitation and processing./.
